Just felt the need to post here what Isagenix has done for me. This is day 11 for me. I have released quite a few pounds and many inches, but here's what I also have GAINED. I have gained energy that I haven't felt in a very long time, if ever! I have gained self control, no longer needing or wanting to "pig out" on junk food. I have gained self respect, which I had very little of prior to starting Isagenix. I gained excitement for what my future holds in store for me and all of the things I will be able to do! I have gained knowledge about this wonderful program called Isagenix! If I have "released" and "gained" all of these things in the past ten days, can you imagine what the future holds?
